Polk County Public Schools said comedian and livestreaming personality Dale Brisby was at the Florida FFA Convention in Orlando. The district described Brisby as “the ‘World’s Greatest Bull Rider’,” and said he was livestreaming on Instagram when Tenoroc High’s Dalton McCracken approached his booth.

According to the post, McCracken’s mullet drew immediate attention and “mullet-mogged” Brisby. The post says Brisby was “pressed and accused Dalton of having a perm,” but McCracken’s curls were described as natural. It said a fellow Tenoroc FFA member confirmed that on video, and that PCPS independently verified the information through other sources as well.

The post said Brisby’s “cortisol levels returned to normal.” It added that Brisby showed respect for McCracken’s “majestic mane” and offered McCracken a free hat, which McCracken accepted.

PCPS said Dalton McCracken “just graduated” from Tenoroc and that the school will miss him and “his mullet too.” The post said the video was “via Tenoroc High School Ag/FFA” and included the hashtags #lovePolkschools.
