The events, announced by Lackawanna County Visitors, include the Scranton Fringe Festival held in Scranton, PA, and the Apple Harvest Festival combined with a Halloween Light Show at Lakeland Orchard & Cidery.

Other events include Electric City Trolley Excursions at the Lackawanna County Electric City Trolley Station & Museum, and the Circle of Screams Haunted Attraction at the Circle Drive-In. Music fans have the opportunity to see Start Making Sense: Talking Heads Tribute at The Ritz Theater, while the NEPA Valley Wine Train will depart from the Carbondale Train Station.

In addition, visitors can take a Public Sanctuary Tour at the Indraloka Animal Sanctuary, participate in a Touch A Truck event at Nay Aug Park, and join a 5K & All-Abilities Walk at Valor Field at the Scranton Memorial Stadium. Dalton Music In The Park is scheduled to take place at Platt Park.
