Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, has recently unveiled its new Microgreens Grow House. Grounds Maintenance Director Karl Snow provided insights into the project's inspiration, its growth capabilities, and the educational opportunities it will create for various departments and student groups at the university.

The Grow House will serve as a hands-on learning environment, particularly for students studying botany and plant science, as well as those interested in sustainable agriculture. SEU student Cameron Seidenstucker is currently engaged in a practicum study within the Grow House, where she has been able to explore and share her learning experiences thus far.

The Microgreens Grow House aims to enhance educational offerings and foster practical skills among students, and it is expected to become a valuable resource for the campus community.
