The American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) is set to host its Inclusion in Aviation conference from November 6-8, 2024, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The kickoff presentation, titled "Breaking Barriers: Diversity in Leadership and All Levels," will take place on Thursday, November 7, from 9:20 to 10:10 a.m.

The session will be moderated by Darren Large, A.A.E., who is the Director of Facilities & Operations at Morristown Airport. The panel will feature several prominent speakers, including:

- Atif Saeed, A.A.E., Chief Executive Officer of Philadelphia International Airport

- Eboni Wimbush, President & Chief Executive Officer of the Airport Minority Advisory Council

- Kris Hallstrand, Airport Director at Lakeland Linder International Airport

- Anel Ruiz, Managing Director of People Impact and Chief Diversity Officer at United Airlines
